Shrimp Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound wild caught shrimp

~4 cups any veggie, chopped

2 Tablespoons sesame oil

1/4 cup organic coconut aminos

Seasonings: garlic, onion, salt, black pepper


DIRECTIONS:

In a large, stainless steel skillet over medium-high heat add oil and shrimp.

Cook until shrimp is fully cooked (no longer translucent and has a pink hue.)

Add all vegetables, sprinkle with any desired seasonings and coconut aminos, mix well to combine.

Cover if desired to help steam the vegetables.

Cook until vegetables reach desired doneness.

Serve alone or over rice or rice noodles.

Top with sesame seeds and green onion, if desired!
