Easy Gluten Free Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds organic grass fed ground beef
1/2 cup organic gluten free oats, ground into flour
1/2 onion, diced
1 organic pasture raised egg
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon unrefined slat
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F
Combine all ingredients
Form into even-sized balls (about 1-1.5" in diameter)
Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked
TIPS:
You can use any form of ground meat!
If you are unable to have eggs, substitute with one flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flax + 2 Tbsp water)
