Easy Gluten Free Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 pounds organic grass fed ground beef

  • 1/2 cup organic gluten free oats, ground into flour

  • 1/2 onion, diced

  • 1 organic pasture raised egg

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon unrefined slat

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Combine all ingredients

  3. Form into even-sized balls (about 1-1.5" in diameter)

  4. Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked


TIPS:

  • You can use any form of ground meat!

  • If you are unable to have eggs, substitute with one flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flax + 2 Tbsp water)
