Being a North Dakota native, I graduated from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND in 2018. After graduating, I partnered with a local gym and physical therapy clinic to open the nutrition side of the practice. I loved the challenge of that position, but was called in a different direction. In the end of 2019, I moved to Texas to expand my knowledge and gain more experience in a clinical private practice setting. Though moving across country alone for an exciting career came with many challenges, I have a deep appreciation for my time in Texas. I have since moved to Colorado in July of 2021 where I started my virtual practice.

In my years of experience as a registered dietitian, my passions have changed. The one thing that has stayed consistent, however, is my love for strong relationships. I want to get to know you, your family, your hobbies, your likes and dislikes. I believe you cannot fully trust someone until you fully know them, and I want you to feel the same with me. As a team, we will work together to help you achieve your healthiest self. Together we will work through the difficulties of change and celebrate when accomplishments are made!

I tend to take a compassionate approach to change, unless you tell me you need a swift kick in the rear. I am not here to tell you what to do; I am here to guide you in the right direction as you lead the way. Together we can accomplish amazing things.
