Chocolate PB Cup Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup 100% almond milk*

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower**

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder***

  • 3 Tbsp 100% peanut butter

  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

  • Optional: 1/8 teaspoon brewers yeast****

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend until smooth


NOTES:

*Almond milk should only have 3 ingredients: almonds, water, salt. My favorite brand is Califia Organic Almond Milk (it has to be the organic kind!), Elmhurst Milked Almonds (you can find on Thrive Market or at most natural food stores), and Almond Malk (you can find in the cold section at most stores now!)

** HAS to be frozen cauliflower! This is what creates a creamy smoothie and replaces the ice.
