Sausage and Peppers Sheet Pan Meal Prep

This recipe is highly customizeable. You can utilize any different sausage/protein source you may find or want as well as vegetables, seasonings, and oil. Think outside the box!


I purchased the Amylu chicken sausages at Costco. For the purpose of the the recipe, I will write the recipe exactly as I made it.


INGREDIENTS:


1 package Amylu chicken andouille sausage*

6 bell peppers

1 onion

Garlic, measure with your heart

3 Tablespoons avocado oil

Redmond RealSalt salt

Black Pepper


DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 425°F

Chop all vegetables and sausage into bite-size pieces

Add vegetables to one pan and sausage to another

Drizzle oil over vegetables and add seasoning, mix to coat evenly

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until vegetables and sausage have reached desired doneness.


NOTES:

Amylu Chicken Andouille Sausage

This sausage contains spices which are un-listed on the website. I would highly recommend waiting to eat this until at least week 4 of your program.
