Egg Roll in a Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound grass-fed/pasture-raised ground meat
1/2 red cabbage, sliced thin
1/2 green cabbage, sliced thin
2 carrots, sliced thin 2 Tablespoons organic sesame oil
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup organic coconut aminos
Optional Toppings: green onion, white sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
In a large stainless steel skillet, add sesame oil and rice vinegar to brown the meat.
Drain any excess grease.
While meat is browning, cut cabbage and carrots.
Add cabbage and carrots to browned meat.
Stir well to combine.
If using this for meal prep, divide evenly into 3-4 containers.
Top with optional toppings.
TIPS:
Can use ground turkey, beef, venison, chicken.
Can use soy sauce if you are able to have wheat.
