Chocolate Avocado Mousse

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 large avocados

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup

  • 3-4 Tablespoons 100% almond milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and blend on high until all green avocado chunks are gone and mousse is formed. Blend longer than you think you need!


TIPS:

  • If your avocados are not soft enough, this won’t work and you’ll be left with hard avocado bits.
