Candied Pecans

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound pecans, halved
1 cup organic cane sugar
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
1 teaspoon Redmond RealSalt
1 organic pasture-raised egg white
1 Tablespoon water
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 250°F
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl.
Whisk egg white and water together in a separate bowl until frothy.
Spread pecans evenly onto a baking sheet.
Coat pecans evenly with egg mixture.
Sprinkle sugar mixture over pecans until evenly coated.
Bake pecans for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
