Sausage, Cheese + Potato Quiche

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups potatoes, finely shredded

  • 8 organic pasture-raised eggs

  • 1 cup organic grass-fed milk

  • 8 sausage links (or about 1/2 lb cooked breakfast sausage)

  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Black Pepper

  • Avocado oil spray


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Spray pie pan with avocado oil.

  3. Line bottom of pie pan with hashed potatoes.

  4. Top with sausage and shredded cheese.

  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well-combined.

  6. Pour egg mixture to pie pan and sprinkle a little more cheese/spices on top, if desired.

  7. Place in oven and cook for about 30-40 minutes or until there is no liquid egg anymore.
