Homemade Nutella

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups hazelnuts, roasted

  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup organic cane sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil, optional


DIRECTIONS:

  1. If hazelnuts are not already roasted, preheat oven to 400°F and roasted hazelnuts for about 8 minutes or until they become more brown in color.

  2. Rub them together with a paper towel to help get the skins off. Allowing them to cool can help with this.

  3. In a high-speed blender or food processor, add hazelnuts and process until it turns into a nut butter.

  4. Add all other ingredients and blend until very smooth.
