INGREDIENTS:

1 pound grass-fed, pasture-raised ground beef, browned and drained of excess fat
1 - 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
3 - 15 ounce cans organic beans (any type)
1 - 15 ounce can organic sweet corn
2 Tbsp organic coconut sugar
2 Tbsp homemade chili powder

DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to crockpot - DO NOT strain the beans!
Mix well and cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours
TIPS:
You can use any form of ground meat: chicken, turkey, venison, bison, beef, organ meats, etc.
