Lactation Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup organic oats
1 cup organic 100% almond milk
1 Tbsp organic chia seeds
1 Tbsp organic whole flaxseed
1 Tbsp organic brown sugar
1/8 tsp brewers yeast
2 Tbsp organic pecans
1 Tbsp organic dried blueberries, unsweetened
DIRECTIONS:
Add oats, milk, chia and flax to saucepan over medium/high heat.
Bring to a low boil.
Reduce heat to medium/low, cover, and let cook for about 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and oats have reached desired consistency.
Add brown sugar and brewers yeast.
Transfer to a bowl and add toppings
