Lactation Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup organic oats

  • 1 cup organic 100% almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp organic chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp organic whole flaxseed

  • 1 Tbsp organic brown sugar

  • 1/8 tsp brewers yeast

  • 2 Tbsp organic pecans

  • 1 Tbsp organic dried blueberries, unsweetened


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add oats, milk, chia and flax to saucepan over medium/high heat.

  2. Bring to a low boil.

  3. Reduce heat to medium/low, cover, and let cook for about 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and oats have reached desired consistency.

  4. Add brown sugar and brewers yeast.

  5. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings
