Easy Protein Pancake Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package Birch Benders pancake mix

  • 1 cup Drink Wholesome vanilla protein powder

  • 2 1/2 cups grass fed milk

  • Add-ins: enjoy life mini chocolate chips, dye-free sprinkles, 100% pure maple syrup, unsweetened dried blueberries


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and let sit for a few minutes to thicken

  3. Line mini muffin tin with unbleached cupcake liners

  4. Fill each cup ~3/4 full with pancake batter

  5. Add any add-ins you choose and give them a little swirl

  6. Bake pancakes for 17-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
